Privacy

By using this website, you will be deemed to agree to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy, you must stop accessing and using this website immediately. 

Service offered

This site is for the use of Te Pāti Māori, its employees, associated companies and supporters for the purchase of Te Pāti Māori branded merchandise. 

Pricing

All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and exclude GST. All prices are correct at the time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, your order will proceed with the pricing as it was at the time the order was placed. 

Hours of service

For ordering online, the site is a 24-hour, all day service. We will make best efforts to ensure that the service is available and working always. Our office is staffed 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You may leave a message if calling outside these hours or send an email to online@boostpromotions.co.nz, at any time. 

Order delivery and service

Delivery within New Zealand, orders received before 2.00pm will be couriered or transported via our nominated carrier and delivered ASAP next business day as follows;  

  • Auckland Metropolitan Area – next business day delivery. 
  • Outer Auckland & North Island destinations – next business day delivery. 
  • South Island as far south and including Christchurch – allow 2 business days. 
  • South Island south of Christchurch – allow 2 business days. 
  • Orders received during the weekend or public holidays will be processed for dispatch on the following business day 
  • Orders to overseas destinations will be sent via International post. Please allow 14 days transit for delivery. 

We will always endeavour to process and dispatch orders within the times specified. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by third party carrier issues outside of our control. Freight will appear on the emailed Despatch Confirmation advice.  

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard debit & credit cards. Online credit card payments are securely transferred via the website.

Payment is debited from your credit card at checkout. 

In circumstances where the order is split due to and not limited to back orders, payment will be secured for each part of the order at the time of ordering. 

Afterpay and Laybuy

Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments due every 2 weeks subject to Afterpay’s Terms of Service and approval. In some cases, Afterpay may require you to make a payment at the time of purchase. You must be over 18 years old and be the authorised holder of an eligible New Zealand debit/credit card to be eligible. Our standard Returns Policy applies. Click herefor more information.

Windcave have a dedicated and purpose-built development and data centre, specially designed for payments processing. Guarantee, Returns and Cancellation

Our Quality Control team inspects every order to ensure that the products you receive meet our high-quality standards. However, if you do receive an order which is faulty, please don’t hesitate to call us within 30 days on 04-586-0028 to arrange a replacement or refund.  

If the order has not yet dispatched the order may be cancelled or changed by calling our office. If the order has already dispatched, freight charges will still be payable, but product charges will be refunded (if the order is cancelled) as long as products are returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days.  

All returns must include your order number so that we can process the refund to your credit card. Goods returned for an exchange or refund must be received in their original condition, unsoiled & unworn.  

Freight is charged on individual orders, so care is required when making purchases as freight will not be refunded for goods returned, changed, or re-ordered.

Refunds

To receive a refund, you must return the goods and advise us of your order confirmation number, so we can process your refund and credit your credit card. The credit will be processed against the original credit card that the goods were purchased with. Goods returned for exchange or refund must be received in original condition, unsoiled and unworn.  

Afterpay and Laybuy 

Your refund will be issued using your original payment method. For items purchased online with buy now, pay later service providers, a refund will be processed and your buy now, pay later service provider will be advised. Your payment plan will be adjusted to reflect the new total order value.
